About Help Me . . . Please Help Me

This site was founded by me, Michael Sakowski (pictured below with my wife) as a way of giving back. You see, I have faced substance abuse, depression, job loss, relationship problems and more, but have been set free from these afflictions. I would like to help others that are suffering similar circumstances.

There are no advertisements on this site. This site is not set up to make money. None. I don't even want donations. The reason for the no-ad policy is that ads related to this site will try to sell some person an expensive service, book, tape, or product. The last thing someone struggling with some personal matter needs is to be burdened financially.

I have no affiliations with any service mentioned on this site. This site will strive to direct people to non-profit, public, or government services. I have no affiliation with any of those services. It is possible some non-profit services may seek donations but I will refrain from recommending any service that harasses you for donations. If you run across such a service that harasses you for donations please notify me and I will seriously consider to cease recommending them.
